Our Welcome Home Program was birthed when we noticed that many families or singles were without the basic necessities during transitional housing.  The welcome home hampers include many of the things we see as essential when moving into a home. 

Welcome Home Hampers consist of the following:

• 1 box of dry goods (2 boxes of cereal, 4 boxes of pasta, etc)
• 1 box of canned goods (8 cans of soup, 4 cans of pasta sauce, etc.)
• 1 box of Hygiene items (Toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo & conditioner, etc.)
• 1 box of kitchen/baking needs (sugar, flour, spices, etc.)
• 1 box of cleaning supplies (dish towels, toilet paper, multi-purpose cleaner, etc)
• 1 box of condiments (ketchup, peanut butter, liquid sauces, etc)
